Suzie is responsible for Leadership & Management of Nursing, AHP’s and HCA’s.
Executive Director of Nursing in two hospitals; interim Director of Nursing – Clinical Academic Group at Barts, more recently Improvement Director for NHS Improvement. She worked in the Nursing Division at the Department of Health; in NHS England, at Health Education England and in the Fitness to Practice Department at the Nursing & Midwifery Council. Suzie has also ran her own consultancy business for the last 10 years.
Her responsibilities include leadership and management of Nursing, AHP’s and HCA’s; providing professional clinical advice to the board and providing leadership to the governance function whilst working collaboratively with the senior leadership team to achieve 18 week support objectives.
