Dear Colleague
We continue to be very grateful for all your hard work in healthcare and your loyalty to us at 18 Week Support.
This is our twelfth weekly newsletter to inform you of our activity providing clinical support to the NHS in these difficult times and to offer support to you.
We are becoming increasingly busy with new sites coming on board and discussions with many NHS Trusts regarding all our specialties and forthcoming contracts. We are restarting dermatology and cataract surgery shortly and many more endoscopy sites are opening too.
The clinical coordination team have been contacting you regarding your availability for weekdays and weekends in the coming weeks. We have several new endoscopy weekday contracts coming up, so we are particularly keen to hear about endoscopy nurse availability for these. Perhaps you have booked annual leave for which you have no plans for, for example?
Our headquarter staff continue to work with us, but with reduced working hours:
9 a.m. to 3: 30 p.m. Monday to Friday

We have produced a new document that details the standards of professional practice, behaviour and conduct we expect from our clinical staff. This will be sent out with all new contracts but also applies retrospectively to all clinical staff. Please find a link to it HERE
